  • Standard Shipping: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To maintain high standards and product availability, we dispatch orders from our strategic regional distribution centers.

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can follow your package’s progress via our [Track Your Order] page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Billetwork is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your automotive gear arrives damaged, please contact us at support@billetwork.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a claim.
